P&C News Week 6

Faction Carnival

Next Wednesday 4th September. There will be a cake, toastie and coffee stall available on the day, and we need volunteers to run and contribute to the stall please sign up at https://signup.com/go/pTCmDuF

The Kapinara Quiz Night 

Friday 6th September..make sure you get your ticket and table booked and be ready for a great night! Anyone keen to join up to a table please reply to kapinarafamilies@gmail.com and we can assist, ticket sales close this Friday.

We are also calling for any unwanted gifts and items for hampers for the night. If you are able to donate any items i.e. Wine, Gourmet Foods, a Service, accommodation please leave at reception. 

A reminder that dinner is available on the night prior to the commencement of the quiz night.

Canteen

The canteen will be open again this Thursday. Thank you to all the class reps for your efforts in emailing your classes and helping to fill the volunteer positions, we appreciate it:)

A reminder that the next P&C meeting is next Tuesday 3rd September at 7pm, all welcome.

Volleyball Sessions – learn and practice some new skills!

Year 4s, 5s and 6s. Parents welcome to join in and learn too.

Tuesday 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th September.

3.15-4.15pm on the top oval.

Sessions run by Tara Banks (no registration just turn up ready to dig, set, spike).

This Friday there will be a gardening session at the Patch after drop off, anyone is welcome to join in.

Lost Property

As of this afternoon there are over 40 jumpers in ‘lost property’. In addition there are hats, lunchboxes and drink bottles 😮

We are still seeking 2 volunteers to assist in lost property management, if you can help please reply to kapinarafamilies@gmail.com. Only time required is Friday mornings for about 30 minutes.
