Compass is the school’s main platform for communication and school management. It is used by more than 2,000 schools across Australia and has been introduced by the WA Department of Education to streamline communication and provide families with a simple and convenient way to access important school information.
Through Compass, parents and carers can manage many aspects of their child’s school life in one place.
Accessing Compass
To get started, families are asked to:
- Download the free Compass School Manager App, available on both iOS and Android devices.
What You Can Do in Compass
The Compass Parent Portal provides real-time updates and access to important school information. Through the app or web portal, families can:
- Notify the school of student absences
- Receive school news, notices, and announcements
- Provide consent for excursions and incursions
- View school calendars and important dates
- Communicate with teachers and school staff
