Disco! Save the Date!
The date of the disco is Friday 12th May – Term 2 week 3.
The Junior Disco will run from 4.30pm – 6pm.
The Senior Disco will run from 6.30 – 8pm.
And the theme will be…..Hawaiian!!
School Board Nominations
We have two vacancies for parents and/or community members on the School Board, commencing in Term 2, 2023. An email has been sent to families this afternoon with some information and a nomination form. While the P & C does an amazing job of fundraising and bringing the community together for fun events, the Board’s role is focused on strategic planning and governance.
If you are interested in nominating a member of the school community (with their permission ) or nominating yourself, please complete the form and either scan and email it to Elizabeth. Blackwell@education.wa.edu.au or hand to the office in a sealed envelope marked ‘Confidential’ School Board.
P&C News
Hot Cross Bun Fundraiser
This Friday the 31st March is the last day to order your Lawleys Hot Cross Buns via Qkr. All funds raised going to the P&C. Buns will come home Wednesday 5th April and will be dropped off to the classroom of the eldest child per family.
Easter Raffle
Don’t miss your chance to buy raffle tickets on Qkr! The Pre-Primary families have donated lots of amazing prizes and all proceeds go to the P&C. Winners will be drawn this Friday 31st March.
Bunnings Fundraising Event
Kapinara P&C will be holding a raffle at the Bunnings Innaloo community fundraising event this Thursday 30 March, 5-7pm. Come along and visit us at our stall next to the animal farm! There will be face painting, a sausage sizzle, prizes and plenty of other children’s activities.
