Interschool Winners!
Kapinara have taken out a great win in the the Interschool Athletics Carnival today. Stay tuned for a full report of the day from Mrs Burrows!
School Sports Australia – National Competition
We would like to congratulate Meg W and Hope M who were one of 8 girls chosen to represent WA in the Aquathlon events in last weeks National Triathlon and Aquathlon Championship held in Queensland. They competed in the individual race (1km run, 200m swim, 1km run) and also racing in the mixed relay event (each doing 500m run, 100m swim and 500m run). Meg placed 18th and Hope 26th in the individual race. Meg placed 2nd overall highest out of the WA girls. Amazing girls!
‘It was amazing being given the opportunity to represent WA and it was so exciting to wear the black and gold WA uniform. Racing and making new friends was a highlight, as well as cheering our team on and watching all the other races, including the multi class athletes. Overall, being able to have this opportunity and to see how amazing some of the other athletes were was just an incredible experience.’

Make a Wish Foundation
Enjoy an afternoon tea with your favourite princess these school holidays and help raise money for Make-A-Wish so that we can grant more wishes for critically ill children.
With tasty afternoon tea, a face sparkle station, raffles and activities like dancing and a photo with a princess, your little ones will feel like royalty. September 29th… 2pm-4pm
