Anzac Day
The Year 3 cohort together with our Year 6 Leaders will be conducting Kapinara’s annual ANZAC commemoration service on Friday, 8 April 2022.
Due to Covid restrictions, the service will be streamed and you will receive a link so that you can view it.
We ask all students to bring in a flower or some greenery, (ferns or ivy) to contribute to the memorial around our school flagpole on Friday, 8 APRIL. If students wish to place their flower(s) and greenery in a recyclable container, they may do so. The Sustainability Leaders will ensure that the containers will be placed in either the ‘Containers for Change’ or ‘Comingled Recycling’ bins at the end of the day.
The Year 3 cohort and their teachers thank the Kapinara community for supporting their commemoration service in this way.
Visual Arts
The Year 4 class tried their hands at marbling. It was lovely to hear the conversations happening in the groups. Mrs Blackwell was given a lesson by Fleur and Zoey in Year 4! Miss Trovarelli
Student Update Forms
Student update forms will be sent home with your child/ren this week. It is important that the information held at school is correct. Please check these forms carefully and either return them via email or to the note drawers in the front office if there are any corrections. Forms do not need to be returned if all information is correct.
School Photo Day
Don’t forget tomorrow is photo day! No faction shirts please.
Individual and class photos can still be purchased online now and after photo day, however no further orders can be taken for sibling photos.
