The Kapinara Primary School Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C) plays a valued role in supporting our school community and enhancing the educational experience of all students.
Through fundraising, volunteering and community events, the P&C helps create a welcoming and inclusive environment where students, staff and families feel connected and supported.
What the P&C Does
The P&C works collaboratively with the school to support initiatives that benefit students and strengthen the school community. This may include:
- Fundraising for school resources, programs and playground improvements
- Supporting community and social events throughout the year
- Assisting with school activities and special events
- Promoting positive partnerships between families and the school
Funds raised by the P&C contribute to projects and opportunities that enhance student learning, wellbeing and engagement.
Building Community Connections
The P&C plays an important role in fostering a strong sense of belonging within the Kapinara community. Events and activities organised by the P&C provide opportunities for families to connect, build friendships and become actively involved in school life.
Whether volunteering at events, attending meetings or helping behind the scenes, every contribution helps strengthen our school community.
Meetings
P&C meetings are held regularly throughout the year and all parents and carers are warmly encouraged to attend. Meetings provide an opportunity to hear about upcoming initiatives, contribute ideas and become involved in supporting the school.
Meeting dates and information are shared through school communication channels and newsletters.
Get Involved
Joining the P&C is a great way to meet other families, support the school and make a positive contribution to the educational experiences of our students.
