Book Week Assembly
Last Friday we had a wonderful Book Week Assembly run by the Year 6 students.
Thank you to all the parents for helping the children participate fully by dressing up as their favourite book characters.

Faction Athletics Carnival
The athletics carnival today very successful. We couldn’t have ordered a better day the weather was stunning; the students were excited. Congratulations to all students on their efforts; the sportsmanship on and off the field was to be commended. A big thank you to all our staff and parents who came along to help and support the students; your contribution is hugely appreciated. Well done to Mrs. Scott and Mrs. Carruthers for organizing a fabulous day that we all enjoyed.
The points from all individual events (over both carnival days) contributed to overall championship points and below are the recipients of the championship medals. Congratulation to these students on their outstanding achievement.

Well done to Winter for taking the shield this year; a huge team effort!
Year 6 Fair
The Year 6 Fair is coming up, which is one of the most exciting events of the year! The Year 6 Fair is on Tuesday the 12th of September, in week 9. The Fair will be held in the undercover area, with all the stalls inside. On the day, year 5 students will collect classes to attend.
There are service stalls to play games and win tickets as well as product stalls where you can buy tasty treats!
If you do win raffle tickets, you can head to the prize table to exchange them for some awesome prizes.
Students are asked to bring no more than $10.00 – $15.00 to spend on the stalls at the Fair.
All the money raised by the Fair is donated back to Kapinara Primary School.
