Please see below for important updates regarding the upcoming Bunnings Sausage Sizzle Fundraiser on Saturday 22 May, as well as the School Disco, Choir/Orchestra Uniform/Uniform Shop updates, School Banking and Canteen.

Bunnings Sausage Sizzle Saturday 22 May – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
The P&C is hosting a Bunnings Sausage Sizzle fundraiser on Saturday 22 May at the Bunnings Innaloo store – but we need your help!  More details and register your interest via https://signup.com/go/eJzokZz

There are many ways to help out from donating sauces/soft drinks to sell (a few slots already booked – thank you!), helping deliver supplies to the stall, or volunteering your time on the stall on the day (help needed!!).  We will be buying the sausages and bread rolls to ensure consistency of product and welcome cash donations to help with these and other related purchases – deposit to the P&C bank account with reference “Bunnings”:

(NB if you volunteer to provide sliced onions, never fear you don’t need to cut them yourself! Yes, it is 4kg per volunteer slot x7 = 28kg in total. But pre-sliced onions can be found in 500g and 1kg bags in the freezer section of most supermarkets. You need to pre-boil/steam these the day day before as they cook faster without burning on the grill during the sausage sizzle. You can even wrap them in foil and bake until soft, just don’t caramelise them otherwise they’ll burn on the grill.)

Last year we had lots of fun and helped raise $1,700 towards the Wobbly playground. This year we will use the money to update the school vegie patch – fingers are crossed for no more snap lockdowns!

School Disco – FRIDAY 21 MAY!!

Don’t forget, the school disco is coming soon – next Friday 21 May. Kindy-Year 2s are from 4:30-6pm and Years 3-6 are 6:30-8pm in the undercover area. Tickets are $15 per child, discounts for 3 tix or more per family apply. If you haven’t already, please return your ticket and food order form with correct change to the front office by this Friday 14 May.

Choir/Orchestra Uniform Try-on Session

To streamline the Choir Uniform Fitting process we are going to hold an afternoon fitting session on Monday 24 May from 3.05pm at the uniform shop. Anyone who would like to try on second hand shoes or needs to exchange sizes please come along to this session too.

New Uniform Shop Items: Raincoats

We are now selling royal blue raincoats/rain jackets in the Uniform Shop, $25 each – each folds away into a pouch for easy storage. The Uniform Shop is open every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:30-9am. Online order forms can be emailed at any time.

School Banking – Every Wednesday morning

School banking is back and running as normal every Wednesday morning from 8:15am outside the Uniform Shop.

Canteen – Thank You to our Volunteers + keep up the great work!

Thank you to all who have volunteered their time in the Canteen so far this term, and also those who have volunteered but needed to call in sick and who have taken the time to find a replacement volunteer – it is very much appreciated and enabled us to run a complete service (including ice creams – always a winner no matter what the weather!)
