Redeeming reward items
For each deposit made at school students will receive a silver Dollarmites token. Once they have collected 10 tokens they can redeem them for a School Banking reward item. There are rewards to appeal to kids of all primary school ages.

School Banking is also a great fundraiser for our school. Our school receives an annual contribution each calendar year when their first school banking deposit is processed. The amount paid is based on the number of students who made at least one School Banking deposit in the prior year. Plus, a Regular Savers Contribution of $5 for every 10 School Banking deposits processed per student, in line with the existing School Banking Rewards Program for students.

Getting involved in School Banking is easy!
All you need to get involved in the School Banking program is a Commonwealth Bank Youthsaver account.

  1. If your child does not have a Commonwealth Bank Youthsaver account

Go online by visiting   then click on the ‘Open Now’ link to open the Youthsaver account.  Once you have received your welcome pack (takes about 5 days) you can start depositing straight away on School Banking day.  (Please note: When you wish to make your first withdrawal from any CBA branch, you will need to provide your child’s birth certificate and drivers licence for identification).

2) If your child has an existing Commonwealth Bank Youthsaver account they can start banking straight away. They just need to bring in their account details on School Banking day.

School Banking day is Wednesday each week from 8.30am -8.45am, downstairs at the uniform shop.
