Just a reminder to please let us know if your child won’t be returning to Kapinara next year. While it seems fairly early, it is important information for our planning, particularly in terms of budgeting, and structuring classes. Thanks for your understanding in this regard.

Athletics Club will commence on Monday 27th July and will take place every Monday and Tuesday Between 7:30 and 8:30am. We would like to invite students from Year 3-6 who are keen to practise their running, jumping, throwing and catching to join us on one or both mornings.
The club will run from Weeks 2-9, with the last session being Tuesday 15 September. We anticipate that an Interschool Athletics Carnival would take place on Wednesday 16 September.
Mrs Burrows and Mr Hodgson will be coaching the club, but are keen to hear from any parents who are in a position to help on either morning.
If you have any questions, or are in a position to volunteer on Monday or Tuesday mornings, please contact Miss Burrows at firstname.lastname@example.org
School banking will recommence from this week at the Uniform shop before school on Wednesday mornings.

Term 2 accounts are now outstanding, please contact the office if you would like your account resent or have any payment queries. Term accounts can be entered as one amount on the Qkr app. If you are not registered and would like to read the fact sheet, click here. Register with Qkr!
We may have students (especially this years Kindy students) who may have had further immunisation since their enrolment. If this is the case for your child, could you please send in a copy of their updated immunisation statement from MyGov/Medicare to the office.
How to get your or your child’s immunisation history statement.
You can get your immunisation history statement straight away using either:
If you can’t use Medicare online, your vaccination provider can print your immunisation history statement for you.
You can also call the AIR enquiries line and ask us to send your immunisation history statement to you. It can take up to 14 days to arrive in the post.
Your child must be under 14 for you to get their immunisation history statement.
The Uniform shop will continue to process online orders, however it will also be open for parents to come in on Thursday mornings between 8.30 and 9.00am. We understand you may be needing to attend in person eg to select second hand uniforms or sizing.
